TIMELINE FOR
YOUR EPIC EVENT
A common question is how much advanced notice do we need to plan a firework show. If your event is not on the 4th of July, we prefer you contact us at least 60 days prior to your event. Simply because there are several stages during planning that start in the office (proposals, contracts, permitting, design, and scripting). Then our process transitions to our field operations (coordinating product, equipment, and logistics). The best news for you is you don’t have to worry about any of the complex details – that’s our job!
4TH OF
JULY SHOWS
The majority of our clients book their Independence Day firework displays 9 months to a year in advance. If that timeline isn’t available to you, contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll see what we can do! It does help that we produce over 1000 professional fireworks displays during the 4th of July season, so we’re pretty good at making it happen!

Awesome, let’s do it! We’re action kinda people so reach out to us with the date, time, and location of your event and we will review creative options suited best for your venue. Once we come up with a plan that aligns with your vision (and your budget), the rest is up to us! EPIC is what we do.
EPIC FIREWORKS COME IN ALL SIZES
Once you’ve decided on the when and where, reach out and we’ll start brainstorming creative display options tailored to your venue. We’ll also handle the important details like safety radius and fallout zone so we can determine the largest size of fireworks that will be in compliance with the surroundings of your event. Depending on your city, county, and state, there are various regulatory requirements that are part of the equation. It sounds complicated, which is why we handle all of those details.
